When Norman and I decided to purchase a place in Vancouver, BC we started our search on the Internet and found this remarkable young man. We scheduled a time to meet with him to discuss our needs, financial as well as location. Travis took detailed notes and said he would need a few days to do research. He schedule a time that we would spend looking at places in various parts of Vancouver.

I will state just some of the things that I appreciated about working with you....

1.  You listen to what the client is thinking vs. telling them what they should be thinking and then explained how that fit in to the current market.

2.  I never had to chase you- phone calls- emails etc.  I really hate that.  If you say we are going to be in touch tomorrow a.m.- then I expect to hear from you. I don't want to wait and guess and wonder.

Even if you didn't have the information needed yet- you phoned and let me know that.  If you said you would do something/find out something/search something you did it and I didn't have to keep asking about it.  That was also very much appreciated.
