INTRODUCTION

Congratulations on your decision to buy a home! That is if you have gotten that far. If you are a first time home buyer, you may still be unsure; as you may be unclear about exactly what is involved, how much you can afford or if it is the right decision for you at all. If you are not new to property ownership, you may still have some questions about how the process works, and what exactly protocol is. Things may have changed since you were last in the market. In either case, one part of my job as your realtor is to ensure that you understand exactly what is going on, what to expect, and what to look out for.

I have helped many buyers, ranging from first time buyers at entry level, to seasoned, real estate savvy investors from Canada, the US, and overseas. I have the knowledge, experience and the right people to get you where you want to go.

I should start by telling you a little bit about myself. I grew up in Vancouver, and have lived here all my life. I have been in the real estate industry since 2004, and work with one of the most highly regarded real estate companies; and not coincidentally, the most productive company in the city. I take pride in my work, and am here to ensure that each and every client is completely satisfied with my services. I work hard to ensure that when someone buys their home, I have done everything I can to make sure they are getting into the right one for them.
